In this field, I have more than 6 years of experience. I'm a multitasker with an excellent eye for design, imaginative,
well-organized, good-natured, flexible and passionate, who could bring an advanced understanding of visually pleasant and
user friendly design, typography, composition and color theory.

Alofokeplay is the most popular music app in Dominican Republic with over 200k downloads and 70k active users on Android & IOS. This redesign proposal reimagined the app interaction and visual design.

Everyone enjoy watching their favorite music videos. But sometimes it's really difficult to find the content you love. This concept allows users to personalize their experience based on their taste.

XFINITY Stream
XFINITY Stream on Roku devices. Stream live TV from your entire channel lineup, choose from the full XFINITY Video On Demand library, and watch your cloud recordings if you are an X1 Cloud DVR customer.

UX/UI Design and Brand
AlofokePlay is a project to consisted on creating a concept for the most popular music app in Dominican Republic. I started with designing a new logo and giving the product a fresh brand treatment. I continued by focusing on the the user experience creating a friendly interaction experience with some montion design inspire by Google Material Design.

UX/UI Design concept for native mobile application.
Everyone enjoy watching their favorite music videos. But sometimes it's really difficult to find the content you love. This concept allows users to personalize their experience based on their taste.
Problem:
- It is difficult to find what we want to watch.
- Trending content based on Vevo Editorial Team one size fits all.
Solution:
- Personalized experience based on user preferences.
- More content with less steps.
- See what others like to watch.
User Interface
The User interface does not only look “Sexy”, it is simplistic with graphic elements that make the visual experience faster and user centered.
WHO AM I (PROFILE)
Juan is a dreamer from a valley called Constanza; Yes, we have mountains in the Dominican Republic. His friendliness, high energy and collaborative attitude define his personality. Always with a smile on his face, loves to showcase his Caribbean flare through Music & Dance.
In the Design & Technologie fields, he has worked in the Hispanic market for brands such as; MasterCard, Marriott, Mozilla Firefox, Copa Airlines, Clorox Company, P&G, Digital Latin America (DLA) and among others. At DLA as UI/UX designer, he was a member of the creative team that developed a multi entertainment platform, which became a leader in the development of entertainment products for Video On Demand in Latin America.
Currently employeed at Comcast main Headquaters, the most recently project allowed him as lead product designer, to create the Xfinity Stream Beta App.
His hobbies describe his lifestyle: bicultural, travel lover, urban fashion, geek, dancer and minimalist person. For him “Simple is better”, is part of his design philosophy.
